Chi Flow- Abe Myers

  1. During the walk I felt a sense of peace and mindfulness as I walked and listened to the sounds of nature.
  2. . No, but the walk was very calming and I plan on doing it again if I need to.
  3. I heard the gusts of wind and the noise from the people at the school.
  4. I inhaled the fresh smells of nature like the trees the moss and the mud.
  5. I don’t really remember what I was thinking about but my mind was at ease.
  6. I felt very calm and peaceful.
  7. I was one with nature and I took the time to notice the little things that I usually don’t.

 

I felt that after cleaning my room and taking all the trash out that it just helped the chi flow through my room. Before I cleaned it I had stuff all over my bed and I didn’t really get the full picture of what it was supposed to look like. After I could really see the connection between my walls that are grey and the bed that is also grey resembles calmness.

Overall after Feng Shuing my room I found that I was more happy with myself and had a sense of accomplishment. Now that I have everything away I can think much easier and gather my thoughts. I plan on doing this to my car in the future and my room again if it gets dirty again.
